Processing Time
All the order will need 2-5 business days for preparation and package, not including Saturday and Sunday. We will send you an email when your order has shipped. (If you have not received the email, please check the Junk Email folder or check whether the email has been rejected. Contact us if you still have not received the tracking number.)
Shipping Time
A shipment usually takes 7-15 business days to arrive, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Note: The above shipping time are calculated by using calendar days. This is a general guide and delays maybe caused force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

We choose reliable logistics providers like DHL, USPS, UPS, and YunExpress to fulfill your order. Available shipping methods may vary for different types of products and shipping destinations. Once shipping is confirmed, it will be set for pickup by the carrier.

About Tax
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Taxes apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local countries law. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Damaged Shipments
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect all shipping packages and items for any signs of damage, missing parts, or incorrect items. If any issues are found, please report them to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will do our best to provide a resolution, including replacement or refund, for any damaged parts. Please note that failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours will not be considered our responsibility.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are subject to our shipping terms, which transfer the risk and ownership of the items to you upon acceptance by the carrier for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company if needed. If you do not receive the entire shipment within a reasonable period of time after the carrier's estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. All claims related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported and processed through the shipping company. Please note that while we will assist you in filing a claim, we are not liable for direct loss, theft, or damage to packages.
Shipping Notice
When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
For special shipping requests, please contact BikeGearPro support team. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact BikeGearPro support team in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. BikeGearPro orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
